Located next to the studio fire station at the corner of 3rd
Street and Avenue C, this new two story plus mezzanine
building will house the Human Resources Department,
the Special Events Department and the private sleeping
quarters for the Fire Department. Because of its
proximity to Gate 2, one of the main studio entrances,
and the executive administrative area at the north end of
Avenue C, Building 93 was designed in the traditional
Mediterranean style of the original studio buildings. The
breezeway between it and the fire station provides easy
and private access to the sleeping quarters as well as
lushly landscaped outdoor living space for the on-duty fire
crew.
