Robertson Investment Fund LLC commissioned Profeta
Royalty to remodel their mixed-use building located in
the heart of the design and fashion retail zone of West
Hollywood. Punched with small vertical windows, the
existing two-story façade concealed a dark and
introverted interior. Our objective was to create an open,
retail oriented façade. To achieve this, Profeta Royalty
designed a glass storefront system flooding the space
with natural light while reinforcing the physical and visual
links between the interior and the street. The ground and
second floors were reconfigured into open plans to
maximize flexibility.
