Venice, CA 102,000 square feet The Marina Pacific Hotel in Venice commissioned Profeta Royalty to design a new floor of thirty luxury rooms atop the existing structure. A 15’ high, clerestory-lit corridor, oversized rooms with large French doors opening onto balconies, a generous rooftop deck, and seismic and HVAC upgrades for the entire building are features of the design. |
