Brentwood, CA 12,000 square feet The offices of Level Four Business Management occupy the entire fourth floor of a 1960's era concrete office building in the heart of Brentwood. Profeta Royalty created an interior design of classic understated elegance while maintaining a tight budget. Backlit walls of custom-colored, overlapping glass panels and wood ceiling elements tie the lobby and conference room together and convey a serene, masculine ambiance. Throughout the office ample wall space and special lighting was provided for the client's collection of modern art. By keeping the build-out to a minimum through the reuse of most of the existing spaces, and by choosing affordable finish materials, this project was completed for under $40 per square foot. |
